Tariff

All prices are inclusive of a full Scottish breakfast of your choice. Breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the Dornoch Firth between the hours of 7am until 9am, with earlier breakfasts catered for by arrangement. Our cooked breakfast is served using local produce whenever possible, and we offer a good selection of cereals, juices and preserves.

We accept cash or cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. We also accept all major credit cards.

For cancellations we would require at least 48 hours notice. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

Prices are negotiable depending upon length of stay and seasonal discounts.
